Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LOFIMECH account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items back into their original shipping boxes, ensuring all protective padding and assembly hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
